Volleyball Victoria is seeking several enthusiastic people to deliver our brand-new junior Spikezone Tournament.

Spikezone Tournament is a simplified introductory competition being piloted at 3 different venues over 3 months.

• Springers Leisure Centre – October 29^th
• Jubilee Park stadium – November 12^th
• State Volleyball Centre (Dandenong Stadium) – December 3^rd

Athletes entering this competition will be entry-level or new to the competitive game of Volleyball. Matches will be played to modified age- and skill-appropriate rules in a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment.

We are looking for 8 – 15 casual competition court managers available on Sunday afternoons (2 pm – 5 pm) for the dates listed above.

If successful, the role will include the following roles and responsibilities.

• Managing the games on the courts they have been assigned.
• This will be one league all day with games starting at 2 pm and going till 5 pm.
• Court Managers will be required to officiate matches and provide instruction to team managers and players if needed. This will also include explaining rules and regulations to players and team managers.  
• Collecting Score Sheets and entering results into the online, public fixture results page (everyone will receive a rules and regulations PDF when they sign up, a hard copy will also be present at the venue)
• Uniform is a Sports attire of your choosing, got to look like you’re ready to play also referees are required to bring their own whistles, if you don’t have one do let us know as we may be able to source one for you each night. You will be supplied with a shirt.
• A volleyball background and a desire to share your passion for the game are highly recommended.

• Tournament 2: Jubilee Park Stadium - 83R-85R Hillcrest Rd, Frankston VIC 3199
• Tournament 3: State Volleyball Centre (Dandenong Stadium) - 270 Stud Rd, Dandenong VIC 3175

Pay Rate: $40 per hour.

Start Date: Sunday 29^th October.

End Date:  Sunday 3^rd December

Start Times: 1:30 pm (Games will start at 2 and you will be paid per hour) till 5 pm.
