This is the form for completing team entries and making the first part-payment for Season 2 of the 2024 Social Beach Volleyball Pairs competition at Dandenong Stadium from 22 May through to 21 August.

1. Please ensure all players entering have at minimum a current Volleyball Victoria Silver ($55) membership. If you are unsure or need help, please contact memberships@volleyballvictoria.org.au, otherwise get your membership here: https://www.volleyballvictoria.org.au/registration
2. Enter the full name and VA ID (membership number) of all players in your team.
3. The full playing cost for the team for the season is $424.00
4. The first part-payment of $170.00 is due with the completion of this form by 17 May 2024.
5. The second part-payment of $127 due 28 June 2024.
6. The third part-payment of $127 due 26 July 2024.
