This is the form for completing team entries and making the first part-payment for Season 1 of the 2025 Social Volleyball competition at MSAC.

  1. Please ensure all players entering have at minimum a current Volleyball Victoria Silver ($55) membership. If you are unsure or need help, please contact memberships@volleyballvictoria.org.au, otherwise get your membership here: https://www.volleyballvictoria.org.au/registration
  2. Enter the full name and VA ID (membership number) of all players in your team.
  3. The full playing cost for the team for the season is $1620
  4. Payment Structure - Upfront (Due 27th Jan): $360
    Week 4 (Due 21st Feb): $360
    Week 8 (Due 28th March): $360
    Week 12 (Due 9th May): $360
    Week 16 (20th June): $180
