This is the form for completing team entries and making the second part-payment for Season 1 of the 2025 Social Volleyball competition at MSAC.

  1. Please ensure all players entering have at minimum a current Volleyball Victoria Silver ($55) membership. If you are unsure or need help, please contact memberships@volleyballvictoria.org.au, otherwise get your membership here: https://www.volleyballvictoria.org.au/registration
  2. The full playing cost for the team for the season is $1620
