Match Reschedule Request Form

Victorian Volleyball League 2024 Season 

  Match Reschedule Request is required by all clubs wishing to play an allocated match on a different venue, time or date in comparison to the official fixture.

Note: If clubs wish to complete more than one Match Reschedule Request, do not complete while logged into your REVSPORT account.  

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 26TH JULY 2024, 12PM

STEP ONE : CLUB completes this form.  

STEP TWO : VV reviews application

STEP THREE : VV notifies the CLUB of application outcome within 7 business days of lodging. 

Clubs are not permitted to change any details of the set match without the written confirmation by VV. 

Please refer to by-laws regarding Match Reschedule (By-Law 12) for the 2024 season.
