Volleyball Victoria General Manager – November Edition

Dear Volleyball Victoria Members,

Recently I announced to the Volleyball Victoria Board of Directors and staff my resignation as General Manager of Volleyball Victoria.

I would like to take this opportunity to firstly thank all clubs, affiliates, academies, members, and the wider Volleyball community for welcoming me to Volleyball, but for also introducing me to the fantastic sport of Volleyball.  I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you all during the past 18 months and am looking forward to seeing out a professional transition to the new General Manager.

Since commencing in May 2021, we’ve together seen the immediate impacts of COVID-19 in 2020 and 2021 on our sport followed by the resurgence in 2022 with the Volleyball Victoria State League growing to 175 teams and participation numbers continuing to grow.

I have accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer with the Northern Football and Netball League and am excited for the new opportunity in my sports administration career commencing in January 2023.

I will remain dedicated to my current role as General Manager until my final day with VV, that being on 21st December.

Once again, thank you all.

Yours Sincerely,
Martin Stillman
